I'm a UX design leader with experience driving complex, enterprise-scale digital initiatives across global organizations. Currently, I lead strategic UX efforts at Xylem — directing large cross-functional projects, shaping product strategy through research, and guiding the vision and evolution of Xylem's global design system to deliver consistent, accessible, and user-centered experiences across more than 60 solutions.
My work spans enterprise platforms, innovation labs, digital transformation initiatives, and large-scale systems design — grounded in research, usability, and human-centered design principles. I hold an MS in User Experience Design from Kent State University, an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a BA in Industrial and Product Design from the College for Creative Studies.
Selected projects that reflect my approach to UX leadership, systems thinking, and design at scale.

Led cross-organization UX and development teams in a large-scale government digital transformation — redesigning the public website and member portal with a focus on membership growth and a cohesive experience.
A proven track record of building and leading design teams that deliver business results — across enterprise software, government, aerospace, and consumer products.
Designing systems. Leading people. Delivering outcomes.
Open to Director and VP-level UX roles where design strategy, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership intersect.
